Scheduling & Process

We serve homes and businesses throughout the Pine Belt — including Sumrall, Hattiesburg, Purvis, Collins, and surrounding communities. Not sure if we cover your area? Just call or send us a message on our Contact page and we'll let you know.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. If you reach us outside those hours, leave a message and we'll follow up as soon as we can. Please allow up to 48 business hours for responses.
For exterior-only treatments, you generally don't need to be home — many of our customers simply provide access and we take care of the rest. If you'd like someone present during the service, we ask that they be 18 or older. We'll confirm the specifics with you when we schedule.
It depends on your situation. For residential customers, we offer quarterly or bi-monthly services — many prefer quarterly to stay ahead of pests year-round, especially given Mississippi's climate. We're happy to recommend a schedule that makes sense for your property and budget. We won't push something you don't need.
Our general pest services come with a 30-day warranty. If you're still seeing significant activity after a week, call us and we'll come take a look. We stand behind our work.
Safety & Preparation
We use products that are safe for your family and pets once they've dried or settled per label directions. We'll let you know if you need to keep kids or pets out of a treated area for any period of time — and for how long. If you have specific concerns about sensitivities or allergies, let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.
Preparation depends on the type of treatment. For general pest service, you usually just need to clear the areas we'll be treating — moving items away from baseboards, securing food and dishes. For flea or bed bug treatments, more preparation is required and we'll walk you through a detailed checklist when you schedule. We don't believe in sending people into a treatment blind.
Most standard residential treatments take 30–60 minutes depending on the size of your property and the service being performed. More involved treatments like bed bugs or whole-home flea treatment may take longer. We'll give you a realistic estimate when we schedule.
Services & Situations
No contracts — ever. One-time treatments are available for most services, and you're never locked into anything. We also offer recurring service plans for customers who want ongoing protection without having to think about it. We'll explain the options and let you decide — on your terms.
Yes. We serve offices, restaurants, rental properties, and other commercial spaces across the Pine Belt. Commercial programs are customized to your schedule and type of business. Reach out and we'll talk through what makes sense for your situation.
Absolutely. Just tell us what you're seeing — describe it, take a photo if you can, and let us know where you're noticing activity. We can usually get a good idea of what you're dealing with and point you in the right direction, even before an inspection.
